What is TenFore Golf?
TenFore Golf is an all-in-one golf course management platform that brings tee sheets, point of sale, payments, online booking, branded mobile apps, kiosks, marketing, and reporting into one connected system.
How long does implementation take?
Most courses go live in approximately four weeks from a signed agreement, with data migration, configuration, training, and on-site launch support included.
Will you migrate my existing data?
Yes. TenFore transfers member lists, customer records, products, inventory, golf and cart fees, GL codes, and employee records as part of implementation at no additional cost.
Can TenFore manage multiple golf courses from one login?
Yes. Manage tee sheets, staff permissions, and reporting across multiple locations from one login. Golfers can also use a saved card across your properties.
What payment processor does TenFore use, and what are the rates?
TenFore uses Fiserv and CardConnect for integrated payments. Rates depend on your transaction volume and payment mix and are discussed during your demo.
Does TenFore Golf have a mobile app for golfers?
Yes. Courses can offer fully branded iOS and Android apps with tee time booking, memberships, gift cards, rain checks, punch cards, wallet passes, shopping, push notifications, and group booking.
Does TenFore have a digital waitlist feature?
Yes. NextUp automatically books the next golfer in line when a tee time opens. Tee Time Confirm sends automated confirmation messages and immediately reopens cancelled times.
What software integrations does TenFore support?
Integrations include Golf Genius, Oracle Opera, HotelKey, Google Reserve, ID.me, Noteefy, and QuickBooks. TenFore can also manage integration agreements and provide a single bill.
What kind of support does TenFore provide after go-live?
TenFore provides 24/7/365 US-based support and a named Customer Success contact. Urgent help is available around the clock, with training, configuration changes, and ongoing guidance during business hours.
What makes TenFore different from other golf management systems?
